Rachel Hughes Coaching is the culmination of just over a decade's experience in the strategy and operations of corporate and enterprise businesses — working inside the decisions, understanding how everything connects, and learning what it genuinely takes to grow.

Having spent years in the corporate world, I know what it feels like to have the ideas, the drive, and the ambition — but work in an environment that doesn't give you the space to use them. That's what led me here.

I started this business because I wanted to do work that actually matters. I'm a people person at heart — I thrive in real conversations, deep in the detail of someone's business, helping them see clearly what they couldn't see before.
