A dedicated 60–90 minute session each month to zoom out, review progress, make decisions, and set clear priorities for the weeks ahead. This is where the big thinking happens.

A tailored strategy and action plan

Built in Phase 1 and refined throughout. Not a generic framework, a living document that reflects your business, your goals, and your current reality. You always know exactly what to focus on and why.

WhatsApp and email support throughout

You won't be waiting a month for answers. If something comes up, a decision needs making, or you just need to think something through, I'm there. This is the bit clients tell me makes the biggest difference.

Hands-on implementation support

I'm not advising from a distance. I'm in it with you. Whether that's working through a pricing restructure, mapping a new customer journey, or figuring out what to delegate first, we do it together.

Accountability - proper accountability

  • Established business owners who are growing but struggling to keep up with that growth. You're capable, you're committed, and you're ready to invest in doing this properly.

  • If you're brand new to business and looking for a startup guide, this isn't it. The Aligned Method is designed for people who already have something and are ready to build on it with real intention.

  • Between our weekly check-ins, monthly sessions, and the implementation work, you're looking at roughly 2-3 hours a week dedicated to working on the business rather than in it. That's the shift. Less reactive, more intentional.
